Felix is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Consumer, Telco and Technology practice and leads the firm’s work in this area in Germany.
He brings 20 years of experience across Australia, Europe, and North America, advising telecommunications, media, and technology companies on strategy, transformation, and digital operations.
Felix works closely with senior executives to address complex growth and performance challenges. His work includes improving customer experience, strengthening digital business models, and helping organizations build more agile and effective operating models.

He has also authored several publications on operations improvement and customer experience, with a focus on how companies can adapt their structures and capabilities as markets, technology, and competitive dynamics evolve.
Felix studied in Germany and the United States. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a PhD in finance.
